email alert

Hi APO Experts

I am not able to get cif alert for cif postprocessing in /n/sapapo/cppa after executing I am getting sucessful msg as mail

has been dispatched . but not able to receive mail .

Do i need to mantain my mail any where

I have given mail id as mantained in su01d

Pls suggest any thing missing

Inputs given :


client --ECC

initiator --my user id

receipents Send to administrator name as --my mail id

receipent type as ---- B

message format --SCR

control option selected data from R3 is selected

    Also, please note that you will get the message only when there are new post processing records if you have checked the 'Message only when new post processing records'.

    Also, you will get the message only if your id is causing the errors. So, please select the option carefully. Try doing it by selecting the admin option and check by which id is the CIF happening.

      Hi

      You can create distribution list first using T-code SO23.

      Once you have created distribution list you can use it here. No I think with SCR format things should work without doing anything else.
