Hello Everyone,
I got an issue with a WebI report which is built on a BEx query. I am able to Refresh the WebI report and Schedule in WebI format. But, if I am trying to save as the report in Excel or PDF format the WebI Processing Server getting restart. Same while scheduling the report in Excel or PDF format. This is happening with a single report and this is an intermediate error i.e., sometimes, not able to export the report into Excel or PDF and someother times it is working.
SAP BOBIP 4.1 SP3 version with Tomcat Server.
Windows OS with standalone installation.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Check the logs for any specific error.
Does it fail when you schedule the report? Check the failure reason in the instance details

Try saving the report in Excel format from Webi Rich Client, IF there is any report desin issue it will fail in Webi Rich Client.
For BILaunchap:-
increase "Maximum Character Stream Size" in Webi Processing Server and restart WPS in CMC.
check the behaviour in Applet as well as HTML
Also if you are using any Load Balancer or SSL then it will cause issue.
Check behaviour with the direct tomcat URL.
there are issue with Image as well if you have any try removing and exporting again

Its a direct tomcat URL using to connect the BO and able to refresh the report without any issues from Rich client and launch pad. Getting error only when export to excel or PDF from Rich client and launch pad also.

Windows log showing below message when server get restarted.
Agent "[Node Name: [Server Name][User Name: xxxxxx]Server Intelligence Agent: server [Server Name].WebIntelligenceProcessingServer stopped with exit code = 1,048,575 (0xfffff)."
