Servers responsible for scheduling reports

Hi There,

I am in a situation where I have to create separate servers for scheduling reports in SAP BO. I have one webi and one Crystal report scheduled to save copy in file server. These reports are run every 5 mins. I have other reports to schedule as well but because of frequency of these two reports other reports are always in queue.

I was thinking I can create separate group of services which is responsible to schedule these two reports and for other I don't want to use the servers these to reports are using. so that I don't need to worry about anything.

Now I know one server is adaptive job server. what are the other server I will have to put in in one group. so that I can deal with the situation. Please keep in mind I am scheduling few crystal reports and some are webi reports.

I am on the latest version of SAP BO which is 4.1 SP06. database at this stage is SQL server 2012 but in future we might have some reports from SAP BW as well.
