Hi All,
I see extra territories when the report is scheduled through publication with a business user id and input control selection but when I (developer) tested this I do not see extra territories.
I checked to see if it an issue with user's security profile but it is not
Your kind help is appreciated
Thanks, Kris
Hi Kris ,
How did you test ? What are you representing user security profile ? Do you mean by Row Level security ?
What is your backend database ?
Are you using publication to schedule or it is a just schedule ?
If it is a publication and If you are using UNV ,can you check in CMC whether any Profiles are created on the universe and any personalization is defined in publication .

Hi, I am sorry i should have listed these details
Back end: BEx query and BW/SQL Server
I am not sure if row level security thing is applicable in this case (please explain in detail)
I am using publication for schedule
Below are what I have in personalization & CMC profile (not sure how this works for BEx query)
Appreciate your help
Kris
Hi Kris ,
Are you using other than BEx as a data source to create report ?
In case of BEx - BICS , personalization will not be applicable . But , if you are creating Universe on BEx and creating report then we can leverage Personalization and Profiles .
In your case , please check in the publication One database fetch per recipient is checked to leverage user authorization in BW.
