Is "Progressive with Seizing" supported with GPlus 8?

Hi all,

In Outbound campaign mode... (using SAP CRM 7.02 and Genesys + Gplus in between)

Is Progressive with Seizing supported by the Gplus Adapter 8.0? The only things I can find are related to "Predictive or Progressive" modes, but nowhere it talks about "Progressive with Seizing".

Please let me know if some documentation exists, I'd be interested to know about this specific topic.

Sorry Fabien, I haven't worked on the Interaction Center or CTI  topics in a few years now. I couldn't tell you unfortunately whether the GPlus Adapter 8.0 supports progressive seizing. I did a quick google search and found a PDF from a consulting company called CSquare Consulting that suggests that Genesys supports both Predictive and Progressive Seizing. Hope that helps.
