Hello,
Can anyone please speak to the merits of creating a Hire Action with an inactive Pay area {99} with integration to SUccessFactors?
Some on my team seem to believe that this is a good idea but I am wary of negative downstream effects. Has anyone deployed such a solution before and what was their experience?
Thanks.
Till the applicant has been short listed, interviewed, selected, offered a job, and he/she has accepted, it would not be right to create a pernr. Even at this stage, the person may decide not to go ahead because he/she got a better offer or job to one's liking.
Normally a person is hired in PA40 after he or she joins.
