Fax via SMTP - replace + by international dialling code

Dear all,

We would like to change the standard format of our FAX via SMTP - the standard format looks like:

FAX=+<canonicalfaxnumber>@domain

This results in FAX=+32xxx@domain

We would like FAX=0032xx@domain where 0032 is the international dialling code for Belgium.

Is this possible?
