Sign-Off Corporate Organization

Hi gurus,

I am facing a question when signing-off a Corporate Organization in SAP GRC PC 10.0. If the Corporate Organization has been signed-off, then if an issue is received in the Work Inbox of the issue Owner, is the control frozen in the way that if the issue is solved the status of the control is not changed?
