    Dear Mani,

There are plenty of threads are available for BOM creation and all..

BOM definition : Structured list of components required for making a final product

Anyway as per your requirement for making 02 material you want to consume 01 hence your header material will be 02

    go to CS01 Transaction code

    material : 02

    plant :

    usage : 01(Production)

    Hit enter

there component view enter the item category as L(Stock item) and component will be 01 then enter the quantity (for making 02 how much 01 is required)

then save it your BOM will be created

then check the BOM in CS02- Change , CS03- Display

    please refer the below threads

If you need to receive two materials on the stock, one of them must be the by-product or co-product of the main material.

For example, you are consuming material A and receiving materials B and C on the stock. In this case, you must create a BOM for material B and include A and C as components, but material C should be included with a negative quantity. That way, system will propose a goods receipt for material C as a by-product of material B.

See the document Co-Product and By-product in Production order for more details.
