Activate GOS Toolbar for SAP HR trsansaction(PA20 / PA30 transaction )

Hello Guys,

The GOS Toolbar is not visible in HR Master Transaction like PA20 and PA30.

The configuration for content server i.e OAC0 /OAC2/ OAC3 is done.

Please advise how the same can be activated / made visible
