I am getting the message when I try to change the editor of Long text,

Error in the PC editor. Continue with the line editor.

I did the following steps, but same issue.

1. Close all the office applications.
2. Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Programs-> Programs and Features.
3. Click on Microsoft Office 2016 and click on change.
4. Click on continue for Add/remove features.
5. Expand Office Shared Features.
6. Click on the little arrow attached to Visual Basic for Application and select Run from my Computer-> continue.
