No entry in table t591a

Hi Experts,

While trying to maintain IT0006 thru personnel action, facing error "No entry in table t591a IT0006 0001"

But when I am maintaining the same from PA30 its allowing to save the data. How to resolve?

Hi,

In personnel action while maintaining the number of Info types you have to maintain their subtypes also.

for example: in the table V_T588D

0006

Addresses

0001

Yes I have maintain subtype against IT0006 in the info group.

If you are using std one then subtype must be maintian like this.

01     03 INS 0006 Addresses 1

01     03 INS 0006 Addresses 2

if you created your custom one, use the same code.

Hi,

Remove 0 (Zeros). Subtypes are without 0s.
