???dummy.action.VISI_Lums_View_Lums.display.name???

When trying to view a Lumina document from BI Launchpad, the menu context shows ???dummy.action.VISI_Lums_View_Lums.display.name??? instead of View as expected. When click on that entry, we get 404 missing Page error.

Our environemnt is:

BI Platform 4.1 SP06 Patch 3 with both NW 7.4 and WACS as Web Server on Windows

Lumina Server for BI Platform 1.28 P3

We saw some posts talking about similar errors but no solutions have been helpful in fixing that problem.

Any help will be much appreciated,

Redeploy the web apps.Clear tomcat cache and start the tomcat.

Thank you for your input but we have NetWeaver as Web Application server for BI Platform, not tomcat. Do we have to have tomcat for SAP Lumira for BIP?

Hi all,

Just let you know that we fixed the problem.

Due to the fact that we have cluster environment in which SAP Lumira was not installed in the same host where NW is, we have to install its web applications there and redeploy to NW.

We always use wdeploy to create BIP SCA files then deploy them using SUM but will try this way.

I just wonder for Lumira web applications, which packages we have to redeploy, BOE? or all?
