"http://localhost:6405/BOE/BI" URL not working on installed remote server

Dear Experts,

After installing BOBJ 4.1 on remote Windows server, i can open both BI launchpad (http://localhost:6405/BOE/BI)

and Central Managment Console(CMC) (http://localhost:6405/BOE/CMC)

URLs from this server but I can't open the same from my local PC. I also tried by assiging the host name in path C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts but same error result "The page cannot be displayed" (see attached screenshot).

Any ideas, please?
