Environment Compliance 3.0 or EHSM - Environment Management

Hi Experts,

Still Environment Compliance 3.0 can be implemented or all its functionality had moved to EHSM 6.0 - CE (Environment Management)?

We are with ECC6.0 and EHP 5.

What would be the prerequisites for Environment Compliance 3.0?
