Soamanager displayed with error UCF_DomUtil" is undefined

Hi all,

In our test system, when we try tx SOAMANAGER, the explorer (mozilla, IE, chrome) doesn't work and returns the error:

"UCF_DomUtil" is undefined

It's not an explorer error because the SOAMANAGER works properly in the development and production enviroments. The three systems have the same SAP, Oracle, operating system and Java version. But when we executed the WDG_MAINTAIN_UR_MIMES report, it returns the next errors in the test system:

/sap/public/bc/ur/nw5/themes/sap_tradeshow/ls/ls_ie6.css HTTP Error: Code = 404

/sap/public/bc/ur/nw5/themes/sap_tradeshow/ur/ur_ie6.css HTTP Error: Code = 404

/sap/public/bc/ur/nw7/js/lightspeed.js HTTP Error: Code = 404

In the others two systems, it works fine, except the one in the middle (you can ignore it according with note 2118251 - HTTP 404 error in report WDG_MAINTAIN_UR_MIMES).

We tried all the options in this report: Deploy MIMEs, Force MIME deployment, download the archive from the productive system and upload here, but none of them work.

Please, could you help to resolve this issue?
