SIS - Message No. M2475 - Source table MCVBAP for event VD does not exist

Can I define an information structure with key figures come from 2 tables (Order and Billing)? I don’t know why I got an error message as above

Following is all steps I tried

1. Create a new structure based on S001

2. Copy Update Rule from S001. There are 3 key figures come from 2 source tables, mcvbap and mvbrp

No error

3. Now I try to add more characteristics, Order and Sales Deal

4. Copy Update Rule from S001

And I got Error :
