Sales History in Account Overview

Our 3-year sales history is uploaded in C4C, yet I can't access account-specific history through the Accounts. It says 'No records found.' Can anyone shed some light on the issue?

    Can you provide more details? What objects did you upload?

    When you go the respective work center for those objects (i.e. Sales -> Sales Leads), can you see the objects within the work center but not tied to any Account?

      I upload the historical sales data (transactions, revenues, products, etc...) on a monthly basis (we're fairly new with C4C, so we're not fully integrated).

      And while the data shows up in the Reports view in the Analysis work center, it doesn't populate under the Accounts in the Customers work center.

      It's like it doesn't recognize that it is tied to that account.
