Allow Multiple Linking to Financial Templates

I customer wanted to use the Financial Report Template to create a Profit and Loss - EBITDA (Earning Before Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization).
This report will contain at the last segment a listing of the Interests, taxes, deptn and amrtzn and the total will be added back.

Because of this requirement I need to have those GL Accounts to show up twice in the template.

So I checked the tick box "Allow Multiple Linking to Financial Templates" and it does not work.
I can't make those accounts appear twice on the financial report template - Profit and Loss format.

This function affects only when you are using the Balance Sheet format.

Any thoughts on this?
