E-mail blast domain error

Hello,

Im trying to send a e-mail blast but there is a error " Please change the domain in Form e-mail adress...".

Hello Bruno,

In your second screenshot for Fax and E-mail setting, I see the e-mail address which is maintained as default sender maintained again in "Send all e-mails to the the address" option.

So no matter which e-mail address you maintain in your blast, it will be sent to the e-mail maintained in this checked option which again is same as the default sender. Try changing this, check and confirm.

Try below configs:

1. Change the Default Sender Address to the default address (DoNotReply@my312654.mail.crm.ondemand.com).

2. Change the radio button to select "Send all e-mails to business partners".

First, let me thank you for all! The e-mail was sent but I don´t receive in the recipient e-mail adress 😕 Do you know also why?

Bruno,

I have not tried E-mail blast but I believe this will also need your Mass E-mail activated. Did you get it activated? However you can send a test e-mail to verify that the automatic sending of e-mails by the system has been set up correctly using Send Test E-Mail option under Fine Tune Activity E-Mail and Fax Settings.

I don´t activate mass e-mail activated, IT departament is busy 😕  The test e-mail is working well
