install custom font on BI Platform

Hi,

I need to install a custom font to BI Platform. I followed the steps on SAP Note 2010036. The custom font isn't working. I created a Crystal Reports for Enterprise Report to test the font. If i open the report in BI Platform (on the client, on which the font is installed) the font is working correctly. If i send this report to BI-Inbox as PDF, the font isn't working.

How can i achieve that font is working on pdf ?

Anyone an idea ?

BO 4.1 SP5 on unix

Michael,

     You need to install the Fonts on the BI Platform Server and modify couple of XML files, see link to how to steps for windows.  The steps are very similar for Unix.
