Freight Order creation from external system

TM Experts,

Is there a standard way to trigger Freight Order creation in TM from external systems?

My scenario is:

• Outbound Delivery created either from ECC or TM and distributed to EWM
• I create a TU manually in EWM, assign to Outbound Delivery to TU
• I perform TU Departure + PGI in EWM
