3.x to 7.x Migration Transfer/Added Records Issue

Hi Experts,

Recently we migrated 3.x data model to 7.x and as part of testing process we noticed there is difference in added records when compare to 3.x wtih 7.x data loads.

Ex: In 3.x Transferred Records are 555500 & Added Records are 47

      In 7.x Transferred Records are 555500 & Added Records are 39.

And total key figure values are also not matching.

Interesting part is, when I executed DTP with package size (which defined in 3.x data package size) then its matching with  added records 47 and totals of key figure values also.

So in this case simply I can change DTP package size according to 3.x and we can resolve this issue however today transferred records are 555500 hence data package size is 38156, if tomorrow it may 955559 so we do not know what size we need to keep in DTP package size.

Could you please let me know if any one faced same issue and what is the solution?

Solution: Generally I use to compare 3.x to 7.x records in New table, however for this particular case , I activated 3.x and 7.x requests separately and compared results, results are matching hence closing thread.
