Hi ,
We want to use sales promotion deal functionality where we offer certain discount to items by maintaining required condition types in sales Deal.
These discounted pricing conditions must only apply to the items when they are sold via the product bundle (sales BoM) and not apply to the same products if they are quoted or sold as a stand-alone product.
could you suggest how this can be done?

In most companies you need to create a change request ticket with AS-IS vs TO-BE information, detailed explanation of the business case, including what is expected in FI/CO, reporting requirements, printforms, authorization restrictions (if applicable) etc. and submit it for approval.
In case you are a consultant:
With which specific step of the setup you are facing problems? What have you tried so far in your system?
Just because a SD consultant with the right authorizations could set up something that will do exactly what you asked in 10 minutes, it does not mean that this is the best approach for your business scenario.
