Not all algorithms are enabled in Expert Analytics

Hi,

I recently installed Predictive Analytics 2.3.1 and noticed that some of the algorithms mentioned under "Predict" in Expert Analytics are disabled.

For example, I can drag and drop only Triple Exponential Smoothing Algorithm under Time Series.

Please let me know what needs to be done.
