Vendor Returns Delivery not created for Serialized materials

Hello,

I created materials in SAP and able to create Returns to Vendor PO and Returns Delivery without any problems. The Delivery Type is RL (Returns pur.ord.) and the Document cat. is J (Delivery). PGI for this delivery creates Material document with 161 movement. All works fine.

Now the requirement is to replicate this Returns scenario for Serialized materials. Only difference is I entered Serial Number profile in Material Master. Then I created Returns PO and then tried to create returns delivery using Tcode: VL10B / VL04. But I got the error "Document is incomplete: You cannot save the delivery Message VU013". I'm wondering which setting is missing for this scenario.

Please provide your ideas.
