Change menu name

Dear Experts,

I have changed sales quotation name to Notification in documents numbering setup, after changing it is showing perfect in menu.

but the problem is when we copy sales quotation (Notification) to sales order by default it will create remarks as based on sales quotation . but i want in remarks also show Notification instated of sales quotation
