Error when preview/print stock counting sheet

Former Member

Hi All.

A customer is trying to print the stock counting sheet for their stock take.

However when you try to preview or print the below error pops up:

I tried this on my demo database as well..same error. Customer is on SAP9.1 PL08. I am on the same version.

I even imported a layout https://websmp105.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700001064612009.. No luck.

Does anyone have a standard SAP layout that works or could point me in the right direction as where to find one? will really appreciate it.

Thank you

Jerusha

Hi Lala,

Please check below point

1. One of the Field are not available in SAP B1, but you are use in Crystal reports or some formula fields.

2. Delete the Temp folder files %temp% command in run.

3. If Crystal Report are SQL query base then copy sql query then run in sql, check whether are run properly or not ?

FYI, we have the same issue for our customers

The used Crystal Report is THE standard report proposed and installed by SAP.

Hi,

Open the Report in Crystal Report (Report Layout Designer --> Edit).

Set Datasource location by right-click Database Expert.

Once you successfully previewed at Crystal, you may SAVE to SAP.

Hi BalaKumar

Thank you for that.

I managed to preview in crystal and saved the layout as a new name

Still get the same error.

I also deleted all the rpt files from the temp folder.

Still the same issue.

Hi,

Try the following

1. Try previewing from Different computers.

2. Try by creating a New Crystal Report (simple Test report).

By the way, what is your SAP version?

I tried from the SAP server and the user from his pc.

All the other crystal reports work. I will have to then create a new one for the stock counting screen?

I am on SAP9.1 PL08 and so is the customer.

Thank you.
