Hi Experts,

I want to change the Quota Compensation calculation where where it is currently calculating Basic Salary/26. I want to change to Basic Salary/30. Could anyone help me where is this configuration? I have checked in IMG and PCR but I am not able to find it.

Thanks,

Binesh George

Hi,

This functionality it's already placed in the XT00 time schema in custom PCR because you are saying it's currently calculating as salary/26 .So its already present in time subschema inside the payroll schema,

Check and find out that pcr and inside that PCR might be one operation is used as amt/26, change it to amt/30.

Hope so it will work or else share that pcr and will say where to change.

Hi Sankarsan,

Thanks for your reply. I am using valuation basis 02 and rate is 100. In Valuation basis 2 I have a PCR which calculates the per day amount. Here I am not able to find the division by 26 but in the result I can see the division is exactly divided by 26. I have given all the screen shots below. Could you please check it?

Thanks,

Trace backward in your payroll log, there will be a PCR to Create valuation bases(division). You will see the division happening there. However if you change the logic for calculation the valuation basis /002, it will impact all wage types that use this valuation basis.

Alternatively, if you want to restrict the impact to Quota compensation only, you can generate a new valuation basis /003 for your requirement & then change v_512w_b for this wage type to valuation basis 03.

Hi,

Share the constant value of ZOTDY from table V_T511K.

I think it's maintained as 26. If it's 26 then copy that and delimit the old record and create from new start date with value 30.
