Planning in Web-Excel is impossible on some clients

Hi all,

On Some User-pc used for planning, planning by web excel format is impossible. The Office web component is read only,

so: planning, export in excel and formulas are deactivated. I have verfied that problem occours only on some clients, perhaps is dued to internet explorer settings. OWC version is the same for all pc, but problem occours only on some of them.
