2LIS_17_I3HDR field GSTRP

Hi everyone,

I activated from RSA5 and LBWE the datasource 2LIS_17_I3HDR.

In list of available fields via LBWE there are two fields for end and start date of Maintenance order. GSTRP and GLTRP

however, in the extraction structure there are not.

Have you had that issue???

    Hi Julio,

Some fields might hidden by sap itself.

so please check at ECC side table - ROOSFIELD.

Try to see above table data based on your data source, OLTP Source = enter your data source name.

It will shows the all fields which are part of your data source. if you see GSTRP and GLTRP then see those SELECTION - Field value A or X/P. if its A then its hidden by SAP.

By using small abap code we can make it as visible(X/P).

From your LBWE i can see GLTRP was part of your communication structure.

    Hi Julio,

Check if the fields are hidden by SAP.

RSA2 --> Enter data source --> Display --> Fields Tab -->Check "Properties of a Data source Field for the fields "GSTRP and GLTRP".

If its "A ( Field in OLTP and BW Hidden by SAP) " then you need to change the option to "P(Selection Adjustable, Visibility Set), by implementing the note.

By Implementing the Note:1810357 the value in the column 'SELECTION' will be changed from 'A' to 'P' for all relevant fields.

This can also be done by writing a simple program without implementing the above-mentioned Note.
