How to save the layout changes in variant management??

Hello experts,

I'm looking for save operation in variant management in sapui5....

i'm not able to find an appropriate answer...... first thing i'm not using any "Smart Table" or "Smart Filter"... just simple variant management ..... attaching the screen shot for better understanding....

i have gone through some sites, but the problem is they are using smart table or smart form.... i just want code for "Save" and "Manage" Buttons..

little help would be appreciated..

Hi.... i have gone through the link.... and i'm not using any "Shell Personalization service"... if i want to use it.. how can i proceed.. can you help me please.. and want to know whether it is possible to do without "Shell Personalization service"??

If you run it inside Fiori Launchpad then it uses the shell personalization service by default and can adapt the code. If you are running your app outside Fiori Launchpad then you may need to handle it yourself through odata models.
