I am trying to solve an odd issue observed for certain users in an Interaction center set up. I am unsure what the cause of this issue is.
Certain users who have limited business roles assigned to them face this. When they try to enter an IC business role, the page refreshes to the list of business role. No matter how many times they try to enter it, they are unable to enter the business role even though they do have access to view it and occasionally the system does allow the user to enter it.
Everytime this happens, a new line of Agent Dashboard is added to the base of the page and at the back end SM04, a new session is created for the user.
