iView/Page height is not adjusting automatically in Portal 7.4

Hello Experts,

Strange problem at WebDynpro for Java iView at SAP Portal 7.4

The page is with below property set.

Height Type: Fixed

Isolation Method: Embedded

And the iView is with below property set.

Height Type: Automatic

Isolation Method: URL

The Java Dynpro application has the functionality to Visible/None for 2 containers. When the container displayed iView/Page expands. But when the container made Not Visible, iView/Page does not adjust with the UI content.

Infact, the same thing is working fine in SAP Portal 7.01.

I followed many links but unable to find the resolution.

Can anybody help me on this? It is really burning my time.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    It looks like known limitation:

In order to retrieve the content size, page builder exam the document that the application creates.

The document size stay the same when the actual content in it decrease. Therefore page builder get the current size as the new size of the content.
