Hi Experts,

Please can anyone tell me if we can implement the following and if yes how.

There are two KF "Spent" and "Budget".

Can we change the colour of a third key Figure based on the condition:

Spent > 90% of Budget.

Please help.

Hi,

i am not sure about that but try this:

create one formula which is 90%of Budget.

and one more formula to check whether spent>90%Budget.if its yes,then it displays 1 otherwise 0.is it ok?

Hi,

try out by creating a exception on second formua .

i.e put 'from' and 'to'...values as '1' (means Spent >90%of Budget) and assign some color.

so whenever 2nd formula is '1' then it displays u r color.

let me expalin again:

one formula which is 90%of Budget and 2nd formula to chech whether spent is greater than 90%of Budget.create exception on 2nd formula.

it should solve u r problem.

regards
