Hi,
I am new in this community and also I have little knowledge in SAP.
Can we make macro like what we can do in excel for clearing inbound and outbound queues(SMQ1 and SMQ2) in ECC and APO?.
If yes then please make a macro with example.

There are as such no macros. We have programs for such situations. You can activate qRFC queues using the reports RSQOWKEX (outbound queues) and RSQIWKEX (inbound queues). Also check SAP Note:
369007 - qRFC: Configuration for the QIN Scheduler
Example in RSQIWKEX you can create a variant with queue name example CF* and schedule this as background job.
