What are the possible reasons for SAP Business One to stop working while using an Add-On

Is it SAP add-on or third party add-on?

Hi,

The Add-On is created by our SAP provider and the case is only isolate.

I also try to copy all the settings that they had made on our Server.

Whenever the error occurs, no error message from SAP. The error message

that keeps to prompt is the typical thing whenever an application to your Windows PC

is not responding.

Contact your SAP provider as the add-on is being provided by them.
