Problem with input control in instances in Web intelligence format

Hello experts!

I am facing a problem and would like to share with you if someone has been ther, or you could suggest me some way out.

Important: First of all, this problem only occurs when running instances of web intelligence type.

In my web intelligence document, I have severals input controls.

If I open the document in view option, everything works correctly.

But if I open an instance of this document as picture shows below, begin to appear problems.

When I change any input control, the filter is not applied to the blocks, but if I change back to another value, then the values start to respect the selected filter.

That is, whenever I open the document, any first selection that I do, is not applied, but the second time I select something it works.

Hi,

Check This SAP Note.Steps are different but similar behaviour.I would suggest raise a support ticket with SAP support team.They will investigate.

Thanks for suggesting this note Amit.

Analyzing this note, I found that the cause of the problem has to do with a failure of synchronization between input controls and filters bar.

Simply I enabled the filter bar and added a any filter, and then the problem did not occur anymore.

This can serve as a workaround.

We look forward to final solution.
