TPZ file transport query *Urgent help require*

Hi Experts,

Need your urgent help.

We want to export our PI objects ESR & ID from version 7.1 to a different system (client system probably SAP system)

1) We cannot create TR because TR is in sync like Dev > QA > Prod so if we release our TR then it will move to QA & then Prod, so this option not valid.

2) IF we create TR and route it to that different system then in that case we need to release the TR which will generate Cofiles & data files but releasing TR will impact QA & Prod. So I guess this option is also not valid.

3) What if we do TPZ transport (file transport) of ESR & ID objects will it impact QA & Prod environment ?

4) If we do file transport what all action items which we need to do at our end to make the file in sync with the target system will it get uploaded at the different target system instead of Our PI QA & Prod system ?

5) do we need to export SLD and other things?

Hi Mohit,

TPZs from PI will work only with SAP PI systems. Not sure if they work with any other non SAP system.

Hello Mohit,

you can do TPZ files transport i.e file transports.

In SLD maintain the target business components.

Download the TPZ files and import the same in Quality after testing in Production.

HI Raghuraman,

I think you got it wrong I am not exporting objects to PI systems.

I want to send PI objects from DEV PI system to some GSK business system (ITS not our project PI system its our client system they are taking over the business so they require the interfaces to be exported into there system)

Also suggest what all  TO DO's for accomplishing this case.
