Getting error while publishing a contarct to ECC

Hi ,

After adding the line item with Unit price 0$ instad of 0.00$ for one contarct  and  try to publish this to ECC.But I am geeting error as

\"Enter Net price" which gets returend from ECC side.

Now Once I change the Unit price to 1.00$ but still it is not getting published and throwing the same error. Which I think the system lost it's backtrack.

Could some one help me for this error and provide me the some feedback how could I republish that contarct by adding more line item?

Hi Peeyush,

    I have not seen this before.. you should probably create an OSS message and provide some details (XMl's etc)..

You may also look at the XML to see what is going over to ECC when you republished with $1.00 the second time..  You may also want to check this using the transaction 'BBP_ES_ANALYZE' on the ECC system..

Hi Prasad,

I have analysed the XML file which get generated while publishing contract.

I found that the contract which I am publishing from CLM haing 6 line items and all these Six line item has been sent correctly through PI to ECC.

But  When I see that ECC is returning total 12 line item with each material twice and in that one line item Net price value was 0 which is not presnt in CLM.

Then I looked into ECC side for that perticular contract and find that the all 6 line items present(One line item having Net price 0) is not avialbe in CLM(may be previously present and pubished)

So the material which  is not present in CLM(Id differnt)(Maretials code same in ECC)  returing the 0 value and that is why I am gettiing that error.

Could you please kindly suggets If I delete all the previous 6 line item present in ECC and Try to publish again through CLM which might work?.

Hi Peeyush,

    1. If possible try and create a New MA and see if that works by itself..

    2. In the above case you mentioned, you say you published 6 line items.. where did the additional 6 come from.. did you publish them earlier and are now publishing an additional set of 6 ?.

We will have to look into the problem, if you can open an OSS and provide access to ECC along with the memory ID for BBP_ES_ANALYZE, it will help expediate.
