SAP PI 7.3 Service pack upgrade from SP6 to SP11

HI Experts

We are currently using the SAP PI 7.3 Dual stack Service pack 6 and we will be migrating to Service pack 11 .

So can you please tell me in which areas i need to take care .or any pain points will be coming from which areas.

After up gradation is any thing need to be taken care manually .If yes can you please provide me the inputs.
