' Created By ' column sometimes shows SERVICE USER and sometimes actual name of user who created the Request

Hello All,

We are working on GRC AC 10.1 SP level 8

I am being raising access requests through End User logon page and also through NWBC ( Approver Login ).

Requests get created successfully but when I go on to see the access requests using ' Search Requests ' on NWBC , I get confused with the ' Created By ' column.

It sometimes shows SERVICE USER and sometimes shows the actual name of the user who raised the request.

The first 2 requests in the below screenshot are raised by me.

Request 9000000275 was raised by me through End User Logon page and Request 9000000274 was raised by me through NWBC > Template Based request ( Approver Login ). And in both the cases , ' created by ' column shows my name and not Service User.

But for some requests it still shows SERVICE USER.

Why is that so ?
