Currently my Portal consultant and me working on It Declaration Configuration for Ess portal 7.4. we are raising request of It declaration from employee Id and its coming to Payroll admin UWL List but we unable open it and unable see the details of the same and unable approve It Declaration request So Request to all Kindly suggest better solution to us.
Eg. In Attached screen we are able see travel expense task in blue colour like that only we unable to see It declaration task , Please Suggest.

check the default trace when you open this request, you can see some exceptions
enable support information for UWL, you ll see the XML being used and verify SWFVISU settings for the tasks etc

Please check with the following Parameters in swfvisu for Task TS18900034 APPLICATION HRESS_ITDL_AP_IN DYNPARAM sap-wd-configId=HRESS_ITDL_AC_AP_IN&WI_ID=${item.externalId} NAMESPACE sap SYSTEM_ALIAS SAP_ECC_HumanResources 1. Log on to the portal 2. Navigate to the following path: system administration > system configuration 3. In detailed navigation click on the UWL & Workflow folder to expand out 4. Then click on the Universal Worklist Administration link 5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page: Optional Universal Worklist Service Configuration Open the Tray for the Optional UWL Service Configuration Click on the button to open the tray for the optional UWL service configuration 6. Scroll down again 7. Go into edit mode 8. Display Support Information: Set the parameter to true 9. Click save Please return to the UWL Inbox and highlight the affected task. If you scroll down you will see the task description along with the task support info. Please ensure this is there in XML and is marked high priority
