Check in while save doesn't work

Hi,

i have created a new DOKAR and use only one status "released".

I also have created a profile for the dokar to choose the right category.

Now, when i create a DIR with CV01n, choose a original and save, the original won't check in.

Has anyone an idea?

Hi guys,

the solution is the workstation application.

"with the definition of the workstation application, the "Data check off" must not be activated."

So,

i deleted the profile... nothing. The storage category doesn't pop up?! That is strange.

Now i check the solution from mr. rahman.

Manualy check-in works fine.

I suggest using Mr. Nayeemur Rahman's reply. When you try to checkin an Original you should have a check that requires the system to check its existence, but if you check also the Check-In required it will not allow the status to change unless the original is checked-in.

@Mr. Rahman: Very good suggestion. A quick question should the Release Flag also be tied to this? Thanks.

Can you try "Check in Required" settings and then try the same.

just try if you could able to store document in storage category manually using check in original option in CV01N.

Configuration is right.

There could be some issue with storage category.

Can you remove profile and check if it pops up storage category and you are able to save?
