Cannot get hierarchies from the dimension company code (WIS 00000)

I cannot create webi report by using BICS connection, Bex Report is created on top of Info set.

while creating webi report I am getting the issue like "Cannot get hierarchies from the dimension company code (WIS 00000)".

Hi  Chandrasekhar,

Pls let me know whether u have resolved the issue or not , we are also facing the same error , but the difference is we are not getting this error in DEV but  in  Quality  we are facing this issue.

Hi Chandrasekhar,

We are in BO 4.1  SP2 Patch 4 , still we are facing the same issue but in the sap Note the issue is resolved in BO 4.0 SP4.
