Deployment issue

Hello,

Below is the error we get when trying to Deploy through NWDS.

unable to connect to ddcecd.sap.net:50013-no route to host :connect)nested exception is:com.sap.engine.services.webservices.esapbase.client.bindings.exception.TransportBindingException:COnnection IO exception

check nested exception for details(unable to connect to ddcecd.sap.net:50013-no route to host

Please let me know what can i check.

From OS level we ar eable to deploy

windows server.
