ME23N - GOS - Attachment List Greyed Out

We have successfully archived outputs/messages for EKKO / MEOORER and these PDF's are view able via OAOR but the GOS menu 'attachment List' is greyed out. However, PO attachments for BUS2012 are view able in the attachment list.

When I look at business object via SWO1 for EKKO it states 'STOP' i.e. obsolete.

Could someone help how to make the PO outputs available in the attachment list?

I am sure this was working before.

We use OpenText Doculink and they also appear in there.

Also, how do you make a Z business object attachments displayed in the GOS attachments list.

Thanks for the response.

Yes, BUS2012 shows up in the attachment list but EKKO does NOT.

Like I mentioned, it is obsoleted by SAP and we have millions of outputs created under EKKO.

How do you get around this?

Hello Soyab,

Sorry, I misread your posting earlier.

May be this problem is because SAP does not checks for all published application objects whether there are attachments or not. To fix it

1) In TC->SM 30 use the table SXPARAMS.

2) Create new  Parameter: GOS_ATTA_CHECK_ALL  with Value: X

This should display all the documents. Please go through this post to have clarity.
