500 connection time out

Hello Team,

I am loading the transaction data in production system, when I click the upload data (through csv file) and attached the source file and click save.

After some time it showing 500 connection timeout ( internal server error)

BPC 10.1. NW - Prd system

Could you please advise me.

Hi  Madhu,

Are you using a SAP PI or any SAP connectivity tool in the process?, i haven't so clear if this question has to be in this forum.

If after the save you are sending the File via PI, NFS, FTP or SAP Netweaver SOAP to an endpoint you should assure that endpoint is available and the Port used, with your basis team.
