Is there a way to change the style on flat toolbar buttons

I have a Web Dynpro table using the Flat toolbar design. I would like to change the styling of the buttons in the toolbar, but cannot find any place in the theme to do so. I am aware that I can change the toolbar design to High by using an application parameter, but prefer to keep the Flat design. Our portal version is 7.4, but I believe the theme was developed while running 7.0. In digging through the Stylesheets I found the style that controls the look, but cannot find a corresponding setting in the Theme Editor. Any help is appreciated.
