Purchase order Line Item Report

HI,

I want to know the easiest way to produce a purchase order line item report.

I need the report to show the following:

Purchase order details:ID, DATE, buyer responsible, status, last changed

Purchase order line items: Item Number, Product Category, Quantiy, Values, Cost assignent

I have looked at existing reports and cannot do this.

You can have all this directly from Report : "Monitoring Purchase Orders"

Hi,

This report is very in line with what I am after but I am missing information such as Cost assignment:Cost Center/Imat ID.

How can I add this in?

Hi Jay,

Can you check the report "Purchase Order per Account Assignment"

Other than "Changed by", all the information is available in this report (of course you have to create your own view & selection)
